Our garage door spring broke. It was late on a Thursday afternoon. We explained that my husband and I both had doctor appointments, early the next morning, and couldn't get our vehicles out of our garage. Even though it was so late in the day, Wally, the owner, drove an hour to come to replace the broken springs, so that we could get to our appointments the next day. Great service!
